📋 Description

• Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; • Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with support from the team; • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights; • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives; • Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input; • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team; • Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design; • Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews; • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in UX design or similar roles; • Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing; • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs; • Ability to engage with clients and address their needs; • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
