📋 Description

• Establish and expand the maintenance department • Ensure quality assurance and standardisation of technical and safety-related processes • Oversee hotels in Southern Europe and maintain them to a high standard • Manage technical building services at hotel and workspace locations • Optimise maintenance and plan repair work • Act as point of contact for hotel technicians • Train technicians and deliver training sessions • Review and optimise operational and building services workflows • Ensure maintenance, repairs, and new installations are cost-effective, timely, and meet required standards • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, inspection deadlines, and occupational health and safety requirements • Help draft service contracts and review contract terms • Obtain quotes and handle insurance claims

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed an apprenticeship in building services engineering • Several years’ professional and managerial experience in a similar field • Experience managing properties abroad is advantageous • Willingness and ability to travel • Good knowledge of building services engineering • Knowledge of control and measurement technology • Professional manner, loyalty, and integrity • Ability to solve problems independently and creatively while considering business needs • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Structured and organised approach to work • Fluency in English and Italian • Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous
