📋 Description

• Meet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat, and email to provide financial guidance • Advise high net worth clients on concentrated stock positions, cross-border tax exposure, and wealth transfer planning • Adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant in South Korea • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience • Become an expert on client benefit plans and support benefits enrollment • Collaborate with the content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve content for the LearnLux digital platform • Lead employer-partner engagement campaigns, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events

🎯 Requirements

• Active financial planning/advisory designation • Fluent in English and Korean, written and spoken • Demonstrated experience advising high net worth clients, including on concentrated equity positions and complex financial situations • Passion for educating individuals to take control and invest in their financial future • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members • Experience in multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, estate planning, and insurance • Prior experience serving high net worth clients at a private bank, family office, or wealth management firm (nice to have) • Startup and/or Fintech experience (nice to have) • Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences (nice to have)
