📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth studies of consumer profiles and market behavior • Transform complex data into clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations, with a focus on PowerPoint and verbal presentations • Present and defend recommendations and participate in discussion forums and meetings with executive leadership • Work closely with UX Designers, applying a product and business perspective focused on customer experience • Collaborate with multiple teams to understand pain points and propose evidence-based solutions • Support financial and performance-related decision-making • Identify opportunities through consumer behavior and market studies • Transform SQL analyses into persuasive narratives and high-impact business recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL: proficiency in independently extracting and manipulating large volumes of data • Exceptional communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences, especially executives • Investigative mindset and proactive approach to uncovering the reasons behind the numbers • Ability to create logical narratives in PowerPoint or Google Slides • Previous experience in consumer behavior, CRM, or financial market analysis • Approximately 3 years of experience conducting market-focused data analyses • Application of statistical and analytical techniques to generate strategic insights and support decision-making • Knowledge of Looker or Tableau is a plus • Background in finance or strategic planning is a plus
