📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the data team, acting as a reference for architecture and best practices • Evaluate, propose and evolve data architecture solutions (batch and streaming) • Translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions • Work closely with business areas, especially in CRM and Martech contexts • Desirable experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and data models) • Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability • Support strategic decisions related to data platforms and tooling • Promote engineering best practices (modularization, testing, observability, etc.) • Mentor and develop the technical skills of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in event-driven and analytics-oriented data engineering and architecture • Experience with distributed processing (Spark / PySpark) • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with pipeline orchestration (Airflow) • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) • Experience with messaging and streaming (Kafka) • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, among others) • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytical architectures • Experience with large-scale data solutions and distributed environments • Experience with CRM, CDP (Customer Data Platform), and Martech ecosystems • CI/CD, code version control, observability, and data governance • Data security, quality, and reliability • Experience designing and evaluating system integration solutions
