📋 Description

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch. • Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases. • Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing). • Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and align with tech constraints. • Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AI/ML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centric. • Maintain transparent, structured communication with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and progress. • Analyse product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve features and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in product management or a related role. • B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in basic programming logic, data flows and data analysis • Proven track record of working with development teams to deliver projects. • At least 1 year of hands-on product management experience. • Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve business problems.
