📋 Description

• Design assets such as decks, eBooks, social media creatives, web pages, and event collateral • Turn rough briefs or copy wireframes into finished assets independently • Consistently deliver designs on agreed timelines • Build AI workflows to accelerate the design process without compromising quality • Help plan and build a design system for a coherent and relevant visual identity across designs • Build and maintain design systems to establish a consistent visual identity • Build workflows using modern tools to improve project speed and output • Create high-quality marketing content for websites, decks, eBooks, social media, videos, and other channels

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with marketing teams • Prior experience working with marketing teams in B2B SaaS companies • Ability to think creatively about what the project needs rather than mechanically applying design tools • Diligent and rigorous with timelines • Ability to explain design choices to non-designers in a cogent and clear way
