📋 Description

• Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring incoming payments are accurately recorded and allocated. • Perform bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank transactions and internal records. • Classify financial transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial information. • Manage customer refunds, checking supporting documentation and coordinating processing with the relevant teams. • Monitor overdue balances, follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities. • Track cash movements and support cash flow monitoring. • Support operational departments with payment queries, financial information and reconciliation issues. • Prepare financial reports and Power BI dashboards to monitor indicators and support decision-making. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial controls, streamline workflows and automate recurring tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. • At least five years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. • Experience with accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and financial controls. • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and databases. • Knowledge of Power BI, including creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with close attention to detail. • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
