📋 Description

• Making outbound calls to potential customers • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of the Sales Team • Accurately inputting information into the system • Representing the company professionally when conversing with contacts • Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements • Delivering accurate reports on time • Participating in process-improvement initiatives • Helping the company grow by reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions) • Strong internet connection • Designated professional and quiet workspace • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
