📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of LegalMatch's legal-tech products throughout the software development lifecycle • Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and regression suites • Integrate quality and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate testing and improve developer feedback • Use AI and data-driven analysis to identify flaky tests, diagnose CI/CD failures, automate root cause analysis, and optimize pipeline performance • Monitor automated builds, regression suites, and deployment pipelines to identify and proactively resolve quality issues • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to assess risks and ensure software quality • Review automation code, mentor QA engineers, and improve testing frameworks and Quality Engineering practices • Drive continuous improvement and evaluate new automation technologies and engineering tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise architecting and building scalable, reusable QA automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright for web and mobile applications • Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes, and test environment management in Agile environments • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and OpenAI APIs • Expertise in automation strategy, regression testing, integration testing, test data management, and scalable quality engineering practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing automation code, driving continuous improvement, and communicating with technical and business stakeholders • Proactive, outcome-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure • Passion for continuous improvement
