📋 Description

• Increase adoption and market share across Lely’s entire portfolio of products and services by expanding the use of robotics • Engage customers in long-term relationships through high-quality service and consultancy • Build and develop a dedicated team with the knowledge and skills required to be a professional and sustainable partner to dairy farmers • Work closely with Lely Center Consultants, the Sales Manager, Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, FMS Consultant, Service Manager, and Business Support Team • Interact regularly with Cluster Proposition Support • Report to the Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of dairy farming and animal nutrition • Education in sales, business, or agriculture, and/or combined with sales experience • Good understanding of the dairy farming business and local market developments • Agricultural knowledge (or a strong interest and willingness to learn) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication skills • Presentation skills • Commercial mindset • Strong sales profile and results-oriented approach • Negotiation and closing skills • Territory planning • Relationship building • Influencing skills • Consultative selling • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment • Customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to customer needs
