âą Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. âą Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings. âą Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. âą Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. âą Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. âą Forecast and track key account metrics. âą Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. âą Monitor and analyze customers' usage of our product. âą Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients, and developing existing client relationships. âą Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
âą Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any other relevant field. âą 1 to 2 years of work experience as a product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support rep, or any other associated field. âą Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.
