📋 Description

• Lead the premium real estate club deal business from launch • Source off-market real estate opportunities • Identify premium real estate assets with strong economic potential • Coordinate legal and tax structuring with external advisers • Manage relationships with a circle of qualified investors (HNWIs) • Organize discussions and the private subscription process • Oversee technical, financial, and legal due diligence • Lead negotiations • Establish clear and transparent periodic reporting • Launch the first target transaction in 2026 and structure the operating model

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in club deals, real estate private equity, or real estate transaction structuring • Demonstrable track record in private transactions • Strong understanding of real estate legal and tax structures • Active network of sophisticated and/or professional investors • Full autonomy over deal flow • Ability to independently structure and close complex transactions • Complete application package required: CV, track record, and deal pitch • Professionals or equivalent operating strictly within a private-investment framework
