📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements • Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team • Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements • Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations • Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations • Bridge communication between business and development teams by translating business needs into clear technical specifications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst • Background in IT or software development • Experience in product and marketing analytics • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data • Solid experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements • Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams • Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts • Spoken English at B2 level or higher • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift • Nice to have: Experience in FinTech, especially CFD trading • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, such as MCP servers and skills • Nice to have: Experience with Python or JavaScript
