• Develop and implement automated workflows in CRM and marketing platforms to enhance operational efficiency. • Analyze data from various marketing channels to provide actionable insights and drive campaign effectiveness. • Manage data integrity within our systems, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design data-driven strategies that meet client goals. • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different automation strategies to find the most effective approaches. • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to internal teams and clients. • Stay abreast of emerging trends in marketing technology and automation tools, recommending new solutions when appropriate.
• Proven experience in marketing automation, data analysis, and/or technology solutions, such as Make.com, N8N, Zapier, or AI Agents • Familiar with basic coding and data management, eg Python, Java, Html, Graph QL, SQL • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, Monday.com. or similar platforms. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) is preferred. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable strategies. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex data insights to non-technical audiences. • A passion for music and an understanding of the music industry's landscape is a plus.
