• 3+ years of experience in Sales, or Account Management. • Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto is a must • Experience working in LatAm markets and understanding of regional student/customer behavior • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-based targets • Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets • Sales-driven and goal-oriented, knowing how to engage students and convert them into active trading practice. • Strong communication skills, ability to build trust and explain professional concepts clearly • Proactive & problem-solving mindset, ability to identify student pain points and offer solutions • Attention to detail, organization, planning and discipline • English B1 and higher**
