📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain VMware infrastructure solutions including vSphere, vCenter, and NSX • Manage and optimize virtual machines and host environments for high availability and performance • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtual environments • Monitor and troubleshoot VMware performance issues and perform root cause analysis • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems in a multi-domain environment • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and DNS services • Develop and enforce Windows security, patch management, and system update best practices • Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell scripting • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams on infrastructure integration • Provide technical support and guidance on VMware and Windows-related issues • Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures • Monitor and optimize VMware and Windows environment performance, availability, and scalability • Propose innovative technology solutions and collaborate internationally to deliver services and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any Technology stream • 7+ years of experience in VMware technologies and Windows Server administration • Strong understanding of networking concepts, virtualization best practices, and server hardware • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with automation tools • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification preferred • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification preferred • Experience with VMware Cloud offerings or hybrid cloud environments desirable • Knowledge of security best practices for VMware and Windows environments desirable • Familiarity with SAN, NAS, storage technologies, and relevant backup solutions desirable • Expertise in VMware technologies and Windows operating systems management • Experience managing vSphere, vCenter, NSX, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and DNS • Ability to develop and implement Windows security, patch management, and system updates • Ability to automate administration tasks using PowerShell scripting • Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance optimization • Required skills include Availability Management, Capacity Management, Change Controls, Configuration Management, Design Applications, Incident Management, IT Infrastructure, ITSM, Software Configurations, Software Development, SDLC, Solution Architecture, System Administration, and System Designs
