📋 Description

• Coordinate directly with end-users to execute anti-piracy initiatives • Navigate pushback to resolve licensing discrepancies and secure settlements • Follow up on ignored emails and stalled communications to drive engagement • Analyze telemetry and investigation data to evaluate infringement trends and build cases against unauthorized users • Use open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop leads and verify unauthorized usage • Maintain records in CRM systems to support reporting and workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside anywhere in APAC • Proven background in Sales or Legal services • Native or Professional Business Fluency in English • Experience building a case, arguing a point effectively, and handling high-stakes negotiations • Exceptional ability to handle objections and emotional outbursts while staying focused on closing • Comfortable using CRM software, data management tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets • Strong internet research skills for investigating unauthorized usage • Direct experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) is a plus
