📋 Description

• Process Accounts Payable invoices daily with the correct GL code • Maintain and organize up-to-date vendor records and digital records • Process online bills for monthly payment • Assist with month-end closing by ensuring invoices are posted before cutoff • Reconcile monthly vendor account statements • Assist with accounting activities, including year-end audit • Process daily Shipping Manifest to generate Invoice by Date and Sunroom reports • Post dealer invoices into Xero Retail and Xero Manufacturing • Generate monthly account statements to dealers and manage collection and communication activities • Assist with month-end transactions and reporting • Support administrative and communication tasks within the Accounts Receivable function

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with accounting and general ledger entries a must • Ability to speak fluent English • Ability to read and write in English • Ability to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time • Strong attention to detail • Computer • Great multitasker
