📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and apply technology to reduce data volumes pre-review • Contribute to workflow and SOP strategy and documentation • Conduct search consultation services with high accuracy and timeliness • Develop mastery of dtSearch syntax and relevant review platform features and functionality • Mentor less experienced team members • Develop expertise in standard search consultation services and QC protocols • Create client-facing analyses, reports, and other deliverables • Develop a holistic understanding of client contexts, needs, and motivations • Contribute to process and tool innovation, service standardization, best-practice definition, service documentation, and formal training • Serve as an internal point of contact for project management teams • Proactively address questions from project management teams or clients • Collaborate with project management teams on client communications, consultations, and escalations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience in eDiscovery • Fluency in dtSearch syntax required • Experience with Relativity required • Ability to read and generate regular expressions required • Strong exposure to ITES and a fast-paced work environment • Keen attention to detail and strong client service ethic • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree at minimum or a postgraduate degree • Degree in linguistics, mathematics, computer science, or similar field of study, or additional equivalent years of experience in eDiscovery preferred • Comfortable with a remote working environment with space available for office infrastructure and private workspace
