📋 Description

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in GCC operational contexts • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks • Review AI- and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism • Contribute gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across GCC manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations • Complete onboarding and join the Production team • Support an AI benchmarking project focused on industrial, production, and supply chain environments

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Arabic with strong professional English proficiency • 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations • Background in one or more of: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations • Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and GCC manufacturing environments • Reliable availability and commitment • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Must submit an English-language resume/CV • Must register in Tipalti for payment processing
