📋 Description

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Tamil or English grounded in Indian operational contexts • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks • Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism • Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Tamil with strong professional English proficiency • 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations • Background in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations • Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments
