📋 Description

• Act as the primary product contact for customers during onboarding, implementation, and customization projects • Guide customers in adopting LimeFlight's recommended workflows, processes, and best practices • Advise customers on maximizing value from LimeFlight's products • Explain technical concepts, solution trade-offs, and implementation implications to business and technical stakeholders • Support rollout activities, user acceptance testing, training, and change management • Ensure delivered solutions achieve intended business outcomes and customer objectives • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, operational challenges, business objectives, and technical environments • Gather, challenge, refine, and validate customer requirements • Identify opportunities to use existing product capabilities before introducing customizations • Define solution approaches, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria • Partner with Product Managers when requirements affect core product strategy, roadmap decisions, or platform architecture • Own functional delivery of customization projects from discovery through deployment • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and rollout • Support solution validation, acceptance testing, and customer sign-off • Manage scope and expectations while balancing customer needs with product maintainability • Ensure delivered solutions are adopted and generate measurable customer value • Travel 10–15% for customer workshops, requirements engineering, trainings, and related activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Specialist or Business Analysis roles within a B2B SaaS environment • Strong understanding of SaaS products and software implementation processes • Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software implementation concepts • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills • Ability to translate customer needs into clear and structured requirements • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Minimum English C1 • Legally eligible to work full-time under an employment contract in Europe • Not seeking freelance or B2B contract work
