• Ensure each client attains regulatory compliance and technical quality during the deployment of Lina solutions. • Conduct configuration, acceptance testing and validation of Lina solutions with clients. • Diagnose problems, identify root cause and propose solutions before escalating. • Execute functional, technical and regulatory tests. • Lead follow-up and alignment meetings with clients. • Track schedules, dependencies and activities for the deployments under your responsibility. • Identify risks and impediments and communicate proactively. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines. • Maintain visibility into the progress of requests. • Apply domain best practices: API integrations and regulatory compliance. • Produce and maintain technical implementation documentation. • Act as the technical point of contact during the deployments you are responsible for. • Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementation, integration, delivery or technical support of digital solutions. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations or application architecture. • Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform root cause analysis autonomously. • Experience creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation. • Clear and assertive communication. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands with organization and transparency. • Interest or knowledge in Open Finance regulation, payments or the financial market. • Highly desirable: Experience with Open Finance Brazil, Open Banking, payments or regulated financial services. • Experience on integration projects between systems in production environments. • Familiarity with monitoring tools, logs and incident analysis. • Experience onboarding or implementing solutions for corporate clients. • Participation in process improvement or automation initiatives.
