📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25-30 undergraduate online students • Support students in developing academic writing, research, and time management skills • Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact with students over email, calls, and online sessions from a convenient location • Support students in applying financial and accounting concepts to real-world business scenarios • Help students interpret financial information, evaluate investment opportunities, and make informed managerial decisions related to financial planning and control

🎯 Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in relevant fields • Formal teaching experience at a university or college preferred • Proficient in English; excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability between 2.30 pm and 7 pm IST every day • Ability to support MBA-level assessments and case-based learning • Strong knowledge of business finance and management accounting • Expertise in financial statement analysis, cost behaviour, short-term financial decision-making, and capital investment decisions • Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures
