📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Workday Financials foundations, including General Ledger, Financial Account Books, Custom Worktags, and Multi-Currency Organization Hierarchies • Design and manage spend and revenue pipelines, including Supplier Accounts, Customer Billing Schedules, Expense Reports, and Procurement Routing parameters • Construct Business Process workflows for finance governance, including multi-tier journals, threshold-based spending approvals, and cross-entity clearing approvals • Oversee period-end and fiscal year closing configurations, including automated ledger conversions, reconciliation runs, and foreign currency revaluations • Implement secure internal financial data controls, including conditional sharing policies and audit trace logging • Collaborate with technical integration engineers to map functional financial data objects and support connections with external banks, tax engines, and legacy platforms • Lead update validation runs for biannual platform releases and execute functional regression tests in sandboxes to protect general ledger reporting integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of core enterprise financial technology experience • 4+ years of dedicated implementation, configuration, and support experience within the Workday Financial Management platform • Mandatory Workday Certified Financials Core certification • Strong technical mastery of Workday Business Process Builder • Strong technical mastery of Financial Account Postings • Strong technical mastery of Custom Worktag inheritance logic • Strong technical mastery of custom data validation rules • Deep understanding of corporate accounting practices, including GAAP/IFRS • Understanding of consolidation models, intercompany transaction rules, and tax compliance parameters • Preferred: Workday Certified Composite Reporting or Prism Analytics certification • Preferred: Consulting experience managing large-scale global financial transformations across multi-entity corporations with highly customized accounting footprints
