📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise for global administration of Active Directory, VMware, Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. • Implement and maintain security controls and best practices to protect server infrastructure from unauthorized access and cyber threats. • Lead small to medium technical projects or workflows, such as structured upgrades, environment cleanups, application server deployments, or infrastructure improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing technical contributions and delivering assigned work. • Coordinate and execute server-related onboarding processes, applying best practices to ensure efficient, smooth technology transitions. • Identify and recommend improvements to increase system reliability and efficiency. • Document operational processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure consistent execution across the team. • Participate in incident response activities and on-call rotation, assisting with root cause analysis and resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent relevant experience. • 5–8 years of experience in Server and Cloud Administration, including support and design of enterprise environments. • Strong hands-on experience managing Active Directory in a multi-domain environment. • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, and Python, with a focus on process automation. • Experience with hypervisors, configuring, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise environment (e.g., VMware). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and hybrid connectivity configurations. • Disaster recovery skills for Active Directory, Windows Servers, and various applications. • Highly motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently. • Ability to adhere to corporate security, risk, and compliance requirements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate documentation and status reporting.
