📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise for the global administration of Active Directory, VMware, Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments. • Implement and maintain security controls and best practices to protect server infrastructure from unauthorized access and cyber threats. • Lead small- to medium-sized technical tasks or workflows, such as structured upgrades, environment cleanups, application server deployments, or infrastructure improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by contributing technical input and delivering assigned outcomes. • Coordinate and execute server-related onboarding processes, leveraging best practices to ensure efficient and smooth technology transitions. • Identify and recommend improvements to increase system reliability and efficiency. • Document operational processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure consistent execution across the team. • Participate in incident response activities and on-call rotations, assisting with root cause analysis and resolution. • Assume additional technical responsibilities as needed to support the company’s strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience. • 5–8 years of experience in Server and Cloud Administration, including support and design of enterprise environments. • Strong operational experience managing Active Directory in a multi-domain environment. • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, and Python, with a focus on process automation. • Experience with hypervisors, including configuring, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise environment (e.g., VMware). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid connectivity configurations. • Disaster recovery skills for Active Directory, Windows Servers, and various applications. • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, customer-focused, and able to work without supervision. • Ability to adhere to the company’s security, risk, and compliance requirements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate documentation and status reporting.
