📋 Description

• Design and implement data processing systems on the Azure platform • Write efficient and scalable code to process, transform, and clean large volumes of structured and unstructured data • Build data pipelines ingesting data from databases, APIs, and streaming platforms • Integrate and transform data for compatibility with target data models or formats • Design and optimize data storage, including data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed file systems • Apply partitioning, compression, and storage/retrieval optimization techniques • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, tune queries, and implement caching strategies • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions • Own the solution delivery process and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard • Work under Agile methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Azure cloud-based infrastructure and Databricks implementation • Experience with SQL • Experience with Python and PySpark • Working experience in Agile methodologies • Experience with supporting tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps • English at least at B2 level, ideally C1 • Very good communication skills • Experience or familiarity with other cloud technologies, data warehouses, data governance, and business analysis is nice to have
