📋 Description

• You will assume the technical and organizational leadership of the Software Development group with approximately 4 to 6 team members in the department. • You are responsible for detailed planning, scheduling and resource management and will work closely with our Sales department. • You implement efficient workflows and optimize software development processes across the entire process chain within your team. • You ensure a high level of service orientation within your team. • You advise Sales on expanding competencies to support improved customer acquisition and order generation. • You shape your team into an effective and efficient collaborative unit. • You support, promote and develop your team members in close cooperation with HR. • You implement software solutions for various industries based on C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core. • You develop features for user interfaces and create REST APIs for the backend. • You design software concepts, write user stories and liaise with the key users of our customers. • You support project management in requirements engineering. • You conduct developer tests and code reviews and ensure structured source-code documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable IT qualification. • You possess very strong programming skills in C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core. • You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate strong analytical skills. • You have proven experience in leading employees. • You present yourself confidently, communicate openly and clearly, and enjoy collaborating in a team. • You act in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner, think strategically and have a strong development mindset. • You are characterized by a willingness to take responsibility, strong execution skills and a desire to shape processes. • You enjoy supporting your team members and are a trusted point of contact. • You have very good German and good English language skills.
