• Oversee and dynamically manage the capacity of the client’s reviewer pool • Track and process reviewers’ holidays • Conduct daily follow-up activities, manage extension requests and reassignments, and support on-time delivery • Work with client-specific applications and tools • Perform basic troubleshooting of internal and client-specific tools • Delegate queries • Run reports • Ensure consistency across the program and suggest and share best practices • Initiate process improvements and further develop the program • Provide support and partnership to internal and external teams • Interact, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders through meetings, sync-up calls, and status updates • Develop and deliver effective training to internal team members and linguists • Focus on quality assurance, strategic process improvements, and strengthening vendor and client relationships
• A minimum of 1-2 years project management experience working in Localization • Strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering new technical tools, applications, and complex systems • High-level experience using MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation) for reports management and analysis • Self-sufficient and reliable, with ability and willingness to learn new tools • Ability and willingness to work independently with some support being provided remotely • Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to change • Ability to communicate clearly in writing in English and face-to-face online • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment • Experience in teaching or training • Previous translation or localization experience • Understanding or experience working with more than one language or culture • Experience with Google online tools such as Drive, Docs, and Sheets • Experience handling high volume of emails • Process documentation experience • Advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas and macros
