📋 Description

• Lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery while balancing timelines, cost, and client expectations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise processes • Maintain ownership of project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and vendor selection/payment • Manage customer expectations and reach reasonable agreements aligned with requirements and feasibility • Plan projects and implement best practices and processes • Lead Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate work across internal and external teams • Communicate with clients and internal team members verbally and in writing • Host and lead conference calls and meet clients and team members in person • Develop and prepare process documents • Conduct risk assessments, create mitigation plans, and strategically plan activities to minimise project issues • Handle escalations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA)

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in IT, business or management related fields or demonstratable commercial experience • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, leading internal teams and communicating with external enterprise customers • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency • Ability to improvise and solve problems • Proactivity and excellent communication skills • Attention to detail • Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each other • Great co-ordinational and organizational skills • Flexibility in terms of working hours • PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
