📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers throughout the application development and design-in process • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions with internal product and engineering specialists • Troubleshoot technical issues and support laboratory testing, validation, and investigation of application-related problems • Partner with Sales to identify technical opportunities and support design wins in strategic customer projects • Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product training for customers and distribution partners • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Quality to communicate customer needs and contribute to product and technology development • Monitor technical opportunities, support customer follow-up, and share application knowledge across the EMEA organization • Travel across EMEA to support customer projects, technical meetings, and training activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related engineering discipline • At least 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience in Field Application Engineering, Application Engineering, Design Engineering, or a similar technical role • Experience with power semiconductors is essential • Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems and active components • Ability to understand system architecture, technical specifications, and customer application requirements • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to technical troubleshooting and validation • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to engineering and commercial audiences • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work closely with customers and Sales teams • Candidates coming from design engineering must be comfortable in a customer-facing role • Fluent English • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% across EMEA
