Livara Service GmbH is a German general contractor and renovation services company based in Monheim am Rhein (founded 2020) that delivers turnkey, energy-focused refurbishments for residential and mixed-use properties across North Rhine-Westphalia and parts of Bavaria. The firm offers full-package renovations from demolition to handover under a single fixed-price contract, rapid mobilization (typically 1–2 weeks to start), weekly bank-capable photo documentation, and centralized responsibility for all trades. Specialties include complete/core renovations, energetic upgrades (roof, façade, windows, insulation, heat-pumps and photovoltaic systems), bathroom and technical-strang renewals, and services targeted at real-estate investors and developers. The company emphasizes transparent Leistungsverzeichnisse, no-post-contract cost surprises, and has completed 100+ projects since 2020.
