📋 Description

• Take ownership of data and analytics projects independently, from initial requirements through successful implementation. • Analyze customer requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and design and facilitate workshops. • Create and optimize reports and dashboards, using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Develop meaningful data visualizations. • Prepare, transform, and analyze data, for example using semantic modeling. • Develop, operate, and optimize data pipelines, and automate data processes. • Integrate and connect various data sources, for example via REST services, APIs, or databases. • Process and transform data using Apache Spark, PySpark, or SparkSQL.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a degree in IT or a related field with an IT focus, completed vocational training in IT, or acquired your expertise through another pathway. • You have many years of project experience in data and analytics. • You have extensive expertise in reporting and data modeling, or in building data pipelines and processing data, along with an understanding of data orchestration. • You have experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, Microsoft Azure, and Apache Spark/PySpark. • You have knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. • You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. • You demonstrate analytical thinking, a strong customer focus, and an independent approach to work.
