📋 Description

• Conduct daily client visits, negotiate contracts, record visits in the system, and follow up on proposals; • Provide service throughout the São Paulo region; • Prospect new business opportunities with high profitability potential through market analysis and ongoing client engagement, including visits, quotations and proposals, and participation in bidding processes; • Continuously create and innovate new business opportunities in the national market across the public and private sectors; • Prospect and map the fleet outsourcing services market, focusing on clients, competitors, and suppliers; • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the private fleet outsourcing sector; • Prepare budgets, commercial proposals, and contracts; • Develop market analyses and strategies; • Develop business-focused marketing initiatives; • Monitor administrative, financial, legal, tax, and technical processes; • Resolve most issues related to fleet outsourcing within the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education; • Geographical knowledge of the assigned region and experience with the Salesforce ERP system; • Valid Category B driver's license; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Knowledge of sales operations in the automotive sector; • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach; • Availability to travel.
