📋 Description

• Coordinate customers’ shipments by quoting, booking, and scheduling • Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth delivery process • Work with Customer Sales to improve customer scheduling processes and ensure optimal loads • Work with Carrier Sales to optimize loads and improve carrier sourcing • Assist with challenging requests and escalate them when appropriate • Provide an optimal customer service experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role • Strong attention to detail and proactiveness • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Ability to address issues directly and create urgent resolutions • Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service • Familiarity with USA geography • Experience within the logistics industry
