📋 Description

• Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements • Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process • Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads • Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing • Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role • Strong attention to detail and proactiveness • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Ability to tackle issues head-on and create resolutions with urgency • Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service • Familiarity with USA geography • Experience within the Logistics industry
