📋 Description

• Development of the partner business as a Partner Sales Executive • Identification and development of strategically relevant partners • Management of the entire partner sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing • Building a network of consultancies, implementation partners, technology partners, and multipliers • Responsibility for expanding a partner portfolio and developing these partners into active revenue drivers • Definition of go-to-market plans with partners • Tracking relevant KPIs across the partner funnel

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, Alliance Management, Business Development, or indirect sales – ideally in a B2B SaaS, platform, integration, or software environment • Proven track record of establishing or growing partnerships that contributed to pipeline, revenue, and sustainable market presence • Understanding of how to successfully collaborate with system integrators, consultancies, technology partners, or resellers • Strategic thinking, pragmatic approach, and strong execution skills • Comfortable in a sales-driven, quota-oriented environment • Passion for actively driving growth • Ability to explain complex technological topics in an understandable way • Experience engaging with stakeholders at different levels – from operational to C-level • Structured, data-driven working style • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, customer meetings, and events
