📋 Description

• Build AI solutions using Python, .NET and modern technologies. • Participate in the design and development of solutions using LLMs, RAG, MCP and AI harnesses. • Develop proofs of concept, experiments and scalable solutions. • Support other teams in adopting AI across the Localiza Labs ecosystem. • Create components, accelerators and best practices to facilitate AI adoption within the company. • Work on innovation, experimentation and the continuous evolution of intelligent solutions. • Help turn ideas into AI-powered products, services and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python. • Strong proficiency in .NET. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI. • Experience or familiarity with LLMs. • Knowledge of MCP. • Knowledge of RAG. • Experience with harnesses or frameworks for validation, testing and execution of AI solutions. • Strong understanding of architecture, integration, quality and scalability. • Experience with APIs, microservices and integrations. • Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms, knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps, interest in innovation and experimentation, and an awareness of security, governance and responsible AI use.
