📋 Description
• Work closely with the marketing & business development teams to promote and improve community engagement and participation • Website design • Social media banners & SM handle designs • Lead images for PR & partnerships • Newsletter design • Youtube thumbnails • Display banners for paid media • 2D Animation would be extremely advantageous • 3D animation would set you far apart from the pack • Work closely with game design teams to ensure brand and CI consistency • Liaising with team to determine their requirements in relation to design, and production • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience as a graphic designer either freelance or agency • 1+ years of experience in gaming (desired but not a must) • Active designer or member of an arts foundation (desired but not a must) • Available portfolio to share
