📋 Description

• Design, calibrate, and maintain Marketing Mix Models to quantify cross-channel marketing performance and guide media spend allocation • Architect scalable data models and analytical schemas integrating multi-channel marketing, web, and product telemetry • Use BigQuery, DBT, RudderStack, and Omni to build unified growth datasets and self-serve analytics • Conduct exploratory analytics across paid search, paid social, and organic acquisition channels • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate recurring reporting workflows • Identify and deploy analytics automation opportunities through Lodgify’s AI Enablement programme • Design measurement and incrementality frameworks for CRM and lifecycle workflows • Evaluate impacts on customer activation, retention, and lifetime value • Design measurement frameworks for AI search visibility, LLM answer-engine share of voice, and GEO channel traffic • Synthesize quantitative findings into visual artifacts and strategic narratives for marketing leaders and stakeholders • Own the measurement stack, including MMM, incrementality and geo-lift testing, and privacy-first server-side event tracking • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams on CAC and LTV unit economics • Establish data documentation, reporting standards, and visualization guidelines • Mentor peers and set data quality standards across the growth organization

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or incrementality testing • Proven experience with marketing analytics • Deep knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution • Ability to write advanced, production-grade code • Ability to build robust data models transforming raw marketing telemetry into scalable analytical structures • Experience with privacy-first tracking approaches • Expertise with BigQuery, DBT, RudderStack, and Omni • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into concise, decision-useful insights • Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities • Business acumen and ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes • Structured problem-solving and risk mitigation skills • Stakeholder management across conflicting priorities • Ability to influence cross-functional decisions without formal authority • Ability to present technical insights clearly to marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Applications and CVs must be submitted in English
