📋 Description

• Develop platforms, workflows, and automations that support growth experimentation • Design, build, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion rates across websites, campaigns, and onboarding flows • Collaborate with data and product teams to analyze user behavior and propose technical solutions to reduce drop-off points • Implement and integrate third-party growth tools and create automation scripts to increase operational efficiency • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks that impact growth goals, such as load times and API performance • Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to align priorities and execute a shared growth roadmap • Take full ownership of solution development, from ideation through deployment and performance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills • Experience launching or growing products • Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools • Comfortable working with APIs and marketing/CRM tools • Results-oriented approach, with the ability to translate ideas into specifications and deliver high-quality solutions • Confidence driving decisions in ambiguous environments • Strong background in computer science
