📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based systems • Build solutions involving RAG, agents and multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines • Scale GenAI applications from proof of concept to solutions used by real users • Monitor and optimize application cost, latency, quality, and reliability • Create systematic evaluation mechanisms, including golden datasets and approaches such as LLM-as-judge • Define guardrails and mechanisms to improve application safety and predictability • Take technical ownership of critical initiatives, making decisions and assessing architectural trade-offs • Work directly with Product and business teams to turn real-world problems into software solutions • Track the results of implemented solutions and use data to guide their evolution • Remain hands-on with implementation, maintaining a strong technical focus and staying close to the code

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building software, with continued technical involvement and current experience writing production code • Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems to production, in addition to using coding assistance tools • Hands-on experience with RAG, agents, fine-tuning, or LLM system evaluation • Ability to make architectural decisions and assess trade-offs involving cost, performance, latency, and reliability • Track record of technical leadership, leading, creating, or scaling critical initiatives with identifiable individual contributions • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or a career path demonstrating a strong technical foundation • Autonomy, technical depth, analytical ability, and results orientation • Experience in startups, technology companies, or highly demanding technical environments is a plus • Experience working in lean, highly autonomous organizations is a plus • Public technical contributions, such as open-source projects, articles, talks, or engineering content, are a plus • Ability to work across technology, product, and business is a plus • Track record of career growth and increasing responsibility is a plus
