📋 Description

• Lead and support multiple Data Engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers • Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement • Design, review, and oversee scalable data solutions using Databricks and modern cloud technologies • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and documentation guidelines • Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback • Drive process optimization, automation, and engineering excellence initiatives • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Data Engineering and Analytics • Review and validate technical deliverables against engineering standards and client expectations • Establish and improve quality assurance processes for data integrity, reliability, and governance • Support scalable and sustainable data architecture practices • Partner with clients to understand business and technical requirements • Act as a trusted technical advisor aligned with client goals and standards • Facilitate communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners for successful project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong experience in Data Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks • Solid experience with Apache Spark and cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts • Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments • Experience working in consulting environments and with international clients • Experience defining data governance and quality frameworks • Knowledge of modern data architecture patterns, including Lakehouse architectures • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices • Certifications related to Databricks, Cloud Platforms, or Data Engineering
