📋 Description

• Lead the technical and career development of professionals within the discipline • Serve as a mentor and technical reference for architects and developing professionals • Identify skills gaps and structure development and training plans • Encourage certifications, technical growth, and knowledge sharing • Contribute to the retention and growth of talent within the discipline • Define, evolve, and disseminate architecture standards, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices • Ensure consistency and quality across architectural solutions • Lead technical discussions and support architecture decisions • Structure and maintain reference architectures, standards, and ADRs • Promote best practices in security, scalability, resilience, observability, and sustainability • Organize and lead the Architecture COE • Ensure the team’s skills remain current and that capacity is appropriate • Build and monitor the discipline’s technical roadmap • Identify trends and new technologies relevant to the business • Support the evolution and adoption of SAI App 3.0 • Support analysis of professionals’ capacity and availability • Contribute to the appropriate allocation of professionals and technical sizing of teams • Work with Client Faces to identify account needs • Provide technical support in the development and pricing of proposals • Estimate effort, seniority levels, and team composition • Support technical discussions with clients and stakeholders • Contribute to solutions that balance technical and business requirements, costs, and feasibility • Serve as a technical and people reference within the Architecture discipline, strengthening governance, standards, capabilities, and professional allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Solution Architecture and Software Architecture • Knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, APIs, and systems integration • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) • Ability to design scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions • Experience with architecture governance, Reference Architectures, and ADRs • Knowledge of legacy-system modernization • Experience leading, developing, and mentoring professionals and technical teams • Ability to establish standards, guide technical decisions, and lead governance activities • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and Client Faces at different levels • Proven experience in pricing and developing technical proposals, including effort estimation, seniority levels, and team composition • Experience with AI applied to Architecture, including evaluating technical trade-offs; designing AI/GenAI solutions, RAG, and AI-agent architectures; integrating AI models; and addressing security, scalability, and governance for AI solutions • Advanced English or Spanish, with the ability to work in professional environments and participate in technical discussions • Architecture and Cloud certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP (a plus) • Experience in Data Architecture (a plus) • Experience in presales, consulting, or client-facing solution architecture (a plus) • Experience in digital transformation and technology modernization environments (a plus) • Knowledge of FinOps, DevSecOps, and observability practices (a plus)
