📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end from initial design conversation through production • Influence software architecture • Collaborate closely with product and design teams • Help maintain system reliability as the platform scales • Share knowledge and review code • Raise the team's collective technical capability • Build tools that help local businesses connect, grow, and win

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack • Track record of owning problems end-to-end, defining and delivering solutions • Strong full-stack skills across backend logic, database design, and frontend UX • Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals • Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot • Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts, including queues, event-driven architecture, and horizontal scaling • Exposure to Elixir/Phoenix, React, and PostgreSQL, or genuine curiosity to learn them quickly • Interest in helping teammates grow
