📋 Description

• Develop user flows and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Miro and Figma • Proactively suggest visual innovations to deliver highly satisfying user experiences • Conduct concept tests, A/B tests, usability tests, and user research • Map user experiences and document interactions • Stay up to date with emerging digital product trends • Lead complex research initiatives • Create hypotheses to address systemic usability bottlenecks • Report feedback directly to business and development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Education: completed or advanced undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field • Strong professional experience as a UX/UI Designer • Extensive experience leading user-centered design projects, information architecture initiatives, and the creation of complex interfaces • Experience with strategic, data-driven hypothesis development focused on user journeys (preferred) • Knowledge of Design Thinking and the Double Diamond framework (preferred) • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban (preferred) • Experience with design systems for Web and Mobile (preferred) • Knowledge of advanced prototyping and microinteractions (preferred) • Portfolio featuring UX/UI projects focused on digital products (preferred) • Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and reference materials (preferred) • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization, planning, strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactivity • Ability to work effectively in teams, commitment to quality, priority and deadline management, investigative skills, adaptability, and experience working in agile environments • Ability to create clear and objective documentation, along with strong concentration and discipline • Reside in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil
