📋 Description

• Develop user flows and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Miro or Figma • Proactively suggest visual innovations to ensure highly satisfying user experiences • Conduct concept testing, A/B testing, usability testing and user research • Map the user experience, document interactions and explore new trends in digital products • Lead complex research efforts and formulate hypotheses to address systemic usability bottlenecks • Report direct feedback to business and development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in advanced progress in IT, Graphic Design, Product Design or related fields • Solid professional experience as a UX/UI Designer • Extensive experience leading user-centered design projects, information architecture and designing complex interfaces • Preferred experience in driving strategic, data-focused hypotheses and user journey analysis • Preferred knowledge of Design Thinking and the Double Diamond framework • Preferred experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Preferred experience with design systems for Web and Mobile • Preferred knowledge of advanced prototyping and microinteractions • Preferred portfolio with UX/UI projects for digital products • Preferred technical English for reading documentation and references • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization and planning skills • Good verbal and written communication • Problem-solving ability and critical thinking • Proactive, team-oriented and collaborative • Commitment to quality, priorities and deadlines • Investigative mindset, adaptability and experience working in agile environments • Ability to produce clear, concise documentation • Focus and discipline • Must reside in Curitiba, PR (Paraná, Brazil)
