📋 Description

• Set up and execute experiments following established protocols, including remodeling and bioconjugation experiments • Perform product purification using FPLC chromatography, including SEC, IEC and ProtA • Execute product fill-finish and analysis using SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE and endotoxin testing • Process, analyze and document results in ELN • Prepare production reports in PowerPoint format and product certificates (CoTs) • Communicate results with internal stakeholders • Provide general support to lab operations • Follow company policies, quality and safety standards, and laboratory regulatory compliance requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience • Experience with protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS • Experience handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis • Familiarity with bioconjugation chemistry techniques; hands-on experience preferred • Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong team-player mentality
