📋 Description

• Analyze business and finance requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions • Design, configure, and customize SAP FI and CO functionalities • Participate in or lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects from requirements gathering and blueprinting through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and act as a trusted SAP Finance advisor • Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize financial processes using SAP solutions • Configure and support SAP integration with other SAP modules and external systems • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on development and enhancements • Coordinate and support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO functional and integration issues • Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities • Provide recommendations on process improvements, system enhancements, and SAP best practices • Ensure SAP solutions support applicable financial reporting requirements and standards, including GAAP and IFRS where relevant • Prepare and maintain project and solution documentation • Collaborate with international teams, clients, and functional and technical SAP specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, preferably with 6+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling • Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO functionalities and their integration points with other SAP modules • Solid understanding of accounting, controlling, financial processes, and reporting • Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, transformation, or optimization projects • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and facilitating workshops • Good understanding of SAP integration with modules such as MM and SD • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Ability to work effectively in an international, project-based environment • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration projects • SAP FICO / SAP Financials certification preferred • Experience with global SAP rollouts and template implementations • Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP • Experience in SAP finance transformation and process standardization • Experience with integration scenarios involving SAP MM, SD, CO, and other business processes • Experience working in large-scale international consulting or technology environments • Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international project teams • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills • Structured and proactive approach to tasks • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical SAP solutions • Adaptability and willingness to work in changing transformation environments • Strong ownership and focus on delivering high-quality solutions
