📋 Description

• Providing functional support for SAP WM users. • Handling incidents and service requests using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). • Investigating, analyzing, and resolving SAP WM-related issues. • Participating in SAP WM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. • Configuring and optimizing warehouse processes including: inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse movements and storage strategies • Collaborating with other SAP teams (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless system integration. • Preparing and maintaining system and process documentation. • Supporting testing activities and user training sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant specializing in SAP WM. • Strong hands-on experience with: SAP Warehouse Management configuration • Warehouse business processes and best practices • Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably Jira or ServiceNow). • Perfect command of the English language (spoken and written). • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in complex international environments. • Nice to Have: • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA WM or EWM. • German language proficiency (spoken and written). • Basic ABAP debugging skills. • Experience with large-scale global SAP rollouts. • Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
